Taylor Beltz

Taylor Beltz is a dedicated sports reporter currently working at Aiken Standard & AikenStandard.com since May 2023, following a role as a barista at Starbucks from February 2022 to May 2023. Previous experience includes serving as the assistant sports editor at The Daily Gamecock from February 2020 to June 2022, where Taylor conducted live research and covered a variety of college sports. Additional experience encompasses writing as a sports writer for University of South Carolina Housing and serving as a resident mentor, providing support to incoming freshmen. Taylor holds a degree in Journalism with a focus on Sports Media from the University of South Carolina, completed in 2023.
