Andrew McCarthy

Andrew McCarthy has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Andrew is currently the Co-Founder and Head of Growth at Aikito, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Consultant at Aikito from January to May 2022. In 2021, they were a Fellow at On Deck. From 2018 to 2021, Andrew was the Co-Founder of Ethos, a community-based platform of hotels and members clubs. Andrew pivoted to Ethos Remote in May 2020, focusing on providing temporary remote offices and campuses in existing hotels. Andrew also has experience in real estate acquisitions and development, having worked at Minotaur Management from 2017 to 2018. Andrew served as the Director of Consulting Services - Hospitality and Real Estate at Leisure Partners from 2012 to 2016. In addition, they co-founded Ultra, a personal transportation company, and Octopusmedia. Andrew also worked as an Associate at Nader, Hayaux & Goebel from 2011 to 2012, and at Martínez, Algaba, de Haro y Curiel, S.C. from 2008 to 2011.

Andrew McCarthy's education history begins in 2006 when they enrolled at Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México. Andrew pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and completed their studies in 2010. During their time at the university, in 2008, they also participated in an Exchange Course at Universitat de Barcelona, focusing on Law.
