Patrick Lee is an experienced construction and development professional currently working at Acadia Realty Trust since October 2023 and serving as Head of Construction at Aikito since June 2023. Lee co-founded UkiHaus in January 2022 and previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at Blank Street from October 2021 to October 2023, as well as Senior Development Manager at Life House from April 2019 to September 2021, where responsibilities included leading development projects in New York City and Miami Beach. Earlier experience includes serving as Real Estate Development Manager and Project Manager at Knotel, managing full life-cycle real estate development with notable clients such as IBM GBS, Starbucks Design, and Monday. Lee began the career at JRM Construction Management as Associate Project Manager, following a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Stony Brook University.
