Kristie Lauterbach is an accomplished professional in the field of Quality Assurance with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Quality Assurance at Aileron Therapeutics since January 2024, Kristie has previously held prominent roles such as Head of Quality at Lung Therapeutics, Inc., and Associate Director at Takeda. Kristie’s career also includes key positions at Catalent Pharma Solutions, Eli Lilly & Company, Aventis Behring, and Centeon LLC, where responsibilities spanned quality oversight, leadership in quality systems, regulatory compliance, and process improvements. Kristie holds an M.B.A. and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Olivet Nazarene University.
