Erika Alessandrini is a seasoned leadership coach and facilitator at Aileron since June 2019, specializing in unlocking business potential. As the founder and president of Strategies for Success, LLC, Erika holds various coaching certifications, including Certified Professional Coach and Enneagram Practitioner. With experience as a certified executive coach at Stephanie Wood Group, Erika previously excelled as National Sales Director at SureWerx and Director of Outside Sales at Integrated Supply Network (ISN), where significant achievements included leading a large sales team and generating over $100M in revenue. Erika also served as Vice President at K-Tool Corporation, overseeing operations for one of the largest tool distributors in the United States, contributing to sales, marketing, and new product development. Education was obtained from Eastern Michigan University.
