Maciej Iljaszewicz has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting from 2014, they worked as a Sales Specialist at Sietom Sp. z o.o. until 2016. Maciej then joined ES-SYSTEM S.A. as a Project Coordinator and later became a Senior Project Coordinator, overseeing external stakeholder relationships and project scope. In 2021, they joined Ailleron as a Project Manager, where they successfully managed projects until 2022. Maciej then became the Operations Director until 2023, and currently holds the position of Business Unit Director.
Maciej Iljaszewicz obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Politechnika Krakowska im. Tadeusza Kościuszki from 2009 to 2014. Following that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Marketing and Market Communication with a focus on Product Management at Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie from 2014 to 2016.
