Mirek Ziecina

Mirek Ziecina has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of finance. Mirek is currently the Financial Director at Ailleron, a position they started in October 2021. Prior to this, they held the role of Head of Finance and Controlling at Park-M Group from March 2019 to September 2021. Mirek also served as the Head of Finance Department at Armatura Krakow SA from September 2018 to February 2019. Moreover, Mirek has experience in a CFO and Board Member role at Chemorozruch Sp. z o.o. from January 2015 to April 2018, where they were responsible for financial and organizational restructuring of the company, formation and implementation of the financial strategy, and preparation of annual budgets and long-term forecasts. Mirek also worked as a Financial Advisory Manager and later as a Financial Advisory Senior Specialist at Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. from October 2009 to August 2012, where they were involved in various financial advisory projects including sale transactions and valuation of shares. Before that, Mirek gained experience at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance as a Senior/Associate and Auditor from September 2003 to September 2007.

Mirek Ziecina completed their education at the Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie from 1998 to 2003. Mirek obtained a Master Diploma in Economics with a focus on Corporate Finance and Banking. In addition to their formal education, Mirek also holds certifications as a Motorboat Helmsman from the Polish Motorboat and Water Ski Association, which they obtained in August 2018, and as an Inland Skipper from the Polish Yachting Association, which they obtained in August 2002.
