Kamal Ellis-Hyman

Kamal Ellis-Hyman is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in youth engagement and education. As the Company Director at Aim A Little Higher since September 2018, Kamal travels across the UK delivering impactful speeches and workshops to secondary schools, colleges, and universities, focusing on helping young individuals discover their passions and achieve academic success. Previously, Kamal participated in the inaugural NCS program in Peterborough as part of the Youth Recruitment team, emphasizing the importance of holistic development for young people. Additionally, Kamal co-founded The Movement Street Dance Academy, aiming to teach and inspire as many individuals as possible through dance. Kamal also served as a Youth MP for the UK Youth Parliament, advocating for the representation and voices of young people in decision-making processes. Kamal completed education at Stanground College from 2006 to 2011.
