Angela Podvasnik has over 12 years of work experience in the IT field. Angela began their career in 2005 as a PC Technician at FedEx Ground. In 2008, they moved to Armstrong Group of Companies as a Service Desk Analyst. In 2010, they were an End User Support Analyst at Cardinal Health. From 2011 to 2015, they held two positions: Sr. Service Desk Analyst at Trilogy Fulfillment and Sr Customer Sup Rep at FedEx Services. Angela Podvasnik attended Pittsburgh Technical College from 2002 to 2004, where they earned an Associate degree in Specialized Technology; Computer and Network Systems Technology.
