James Toombs

James Toombs serves as the Transportation Design Group Manager at AIM Engineering & Surveying, Inc. and has held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at GAI Consultants, Inc. since August 2022. An experienced professional in the field of engineering, James Toombs earned a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering from the University of Kentucky, where studies were completed from 1971 to 1974. Prior to that, James Toombs obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the same university, studying from 1967 to 1971.
