Jeffrey Papner P.e.

Jeffrey Papner, P.E. is a seasoned professional in civil and environmental engineering with extensive experience in project administration and construction engineering. Currently serving as a Project Administrator at AIM Engineering & Surveying, Inc. since January 2015, Jeffrey oversees CEI projects, including the management of a significant project in Los Angeles. Prior to this role, Jeffrey held various positions at the Florida Department of Transportation, where responsibilities included Senior Inspector and Inspector roles from February 2014 to January 2015. Jeffrey also gained valuable experience as a Field Supervisor at Ecological Control and Management Inc. from August 2007 to December 2014. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Florida Gulf Coast University (2011-2014) and an Associate of Arts in Pre-Engineering from Edison State College (2007-2010).
