Nancy Jobidon

Nancy Jobidon has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Directrice des ressources humaines at AIM KENNY U-PULL since January 2020. Prior roles include Head of Organizational Learning at Bombardier Aviation and various managerial positions at Bombardier Aerospace, where responsibilities encompassed process improvement, performance monitoring, team management, and talent acquisition. Earlier, Nancy held the position of HR Manager at Elyps from 1999 to 2001. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from the Université du Québec en Outaouais and completed initial studies in Psychology at the University of Ottawa.
