Tim Erion has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Tim started their career as an Assistant Plan Administrator at Gallivan & Associates, where they managed a customer database and performed administrative tasks. Tim then joined Decore-ative Specialties as a Customer Service Management Trainee, leading a customer service team and improving operational efficiency. Tim later became a Customer Service Supervisor at the same company, overseeing a team responsible for $50 million in customer orders and identifying cost reduction opportunities.

In 2009, Tim pursued an MBA at Thunderbird School of Global Management. Tim also worked as a Leasing Consultant at Riverstone Residential Group during this time, interacting with clients and executing promotional activities.

After completing their MBA, Tim joined APL, an international shipping company. Tim initially served as a Senior Specialist in the PMO department, managing program budgets and supporting program integration. Tim then moved on to roles in Business Intelligence, leading the development and deployment of BI solutions and promoting data visualization capabilities. Tim eventually became the Senior Manager of Business Intelligence, responsible for the organization's BI and reporting strategy.

In 2016, Tim joined AIM Chassis (now FlexiVan Powered by AIM), a company focused on disrupting the international marine chassis space. Tim started as the Director of Business Intelligence, where they introduced IoT technology to increase efficiency and transform supply chains. Later, Tim served as the VP of Technical Services, overseeing technical operations. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Fleet Operations at the company.
