David Breeding

David Breeding currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Design & Construction at Aimbridge Hospitality since May 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Regional Hospitality Practice Area Leader for Gensler from December 2019 to August 2022, focusing on the Southeast region. As Vice President of Architecture and Design for the Americas at InterContinental Hotels Group from January 2014 to December 2019, David managed architecture and construction strategies across multiple hotel brands. Previously, David was Vice President of Design & Construction at Prism Hotels from May 2008 to June 2014, overseeing design strategy for franchised owners. Earlier roles include Vice President of Construction at Remington Hotels from January 2006 to January 2008, managing hotel conversion projects. David holds both a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The University of Texas at Arlington.
