Juan Saravia, MBA, is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in accounting and venture capital. As Founder & CEO of Innovative Group since August 2021, Juan has led innovative initiatives. Currently serving as Director of Accounting at Aimbridge Hospitality since October 2019, Juan previously held roles as Corporate Accounting Manager and Corporate Accounting Intern at Interstate Hotels & Resorts, enhancing expertise in corporate finance. Additionally, a tenure as Venture Capital Scout at Hawke Ventures provided valuable experience in investment strategies from January 2022 to September 2024. Juan's academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the same institution.
