Kevin Woods is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in food and beverage management across a variety of prestigious hotels and dining establishments. Currently serving as Corporate Taskforce/Transition F&B/Executive Chef at Aimbridge Hospitality since June 2021, Kevin provides troubleshooting and support within a diverse portfolio across the US and Caribbean. Previous roles include Food and Beverage Consultant from October 2016 to June 2021, and Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Task Force at Interstate Hotels & Resorts from October 2014 to October 2016. With a strong background in culinary operations, Kevin has held key positions at notable establishments including The Pines at Davidson, Omni Hotels, and The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center. Kevin holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from the New England Culinary Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of Kentucky.
