Lori Richards

Lori Richards, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of Transitions and Compliance within Corporate Human Resources at Aimbridge Hospitality since October 2019. Prior experience includes roles at Interstate Hotels & Resorts from February 2011 to September 2019, where responsibilities spanned from Director of Transitions to Sr. Manager of Corporate Human Resources, focusing on associate relations. Lori also held the position of Human Resources Director at The Summit Group from March 1999 to February 2011 and worked as an HR Generalist/Recruiter at CNA Surety from June 1998 to February 1999, specializing in talent acquisition. Earlier in the career, the role of Director of Medical Records at Central Plains Clinic, Ltd was held from July 1980 to June 1998. Lori earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Sioux Falls between 1990 and 1994.
