Niall Kelly

Niall Kelly is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry with extensive expertise in business development and strategic growth. Currently serving as the Head of Business Development for EMEA at Aimbridge Hospitality since August 2023, Niall oversees the development team to expand the company's portfolio across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Prior to this role, Niall was the Managing Director at NK Hotels for over a decade, specializing as a development consultancy for Marriott Hotels International in Western Europe. Niall’s career also includes significant contributions as Vice-President of Development for EAME at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where leadership in expanding brand presence included introducing new brands in Europe. Niall began a career in hospitality consultancy with Arthur Andersen as a Senior Consultant. Niall holds an MBA in Hospitality and Real Estate from IMHI (Cornell-ESSEC) and degrees in Management and Hotel and Catering Management from Trinity College Dublin and Dublin Institute of Technology, respectively.
