Tristan Pearman

Tristan Pearman currently serves as the Managing Director and Vice President at Aimbridge Hospitality's Taste & Theory, beginning in May 2023, where responsibilities include building new brands and operational systems to drive growth. Previously, Tristan held roles at Tatsu-Ya from October 2020 to May 2023, including Vice President of Brand + Development and Director of Brand + Development. Prior experience also includes positions at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, where roles spanned from Director of Restaurant Concept Development to General Manager of Food & Beverage Outlets between June 2015 and February 2021, as well as general management positions at Olive and June and Fletcher's Brooklyn Barbecue. Tristan's career began in marketing at Royal Beach Casino from September 2006 to May 2011. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Edith Cowan University, earned from February 1998 to October 2002.
