Xavier Etcheberrigaray

Xavier Etcheberrigaray serves as the Regional Director of Operations for Europe at Aimbridge Hospitality, overseeing a portfolio of hotels in Western Europe with various brands including Marriott, IHG, Hilton, and Accor since September 2021. Previously, Xavier held roles as General Manager for upscale hotels owned by DiamondRock REIT and as a Dual General Manager for prestigious properties such as the Henderson Beach Resort and Atlanta Marriott. Prior to these positions, work experience includes roles at HEI Hotels & Resorts as General Manager of the Kimpton Brice Hotel and Director of Hotel Operations at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, managing brand initiatives for high-profile Las Vegas properties. Xavier co-founded River Rock Hotels & Resorts and held strategic development positions at Rixos Hotels and Kempinski Hotels. The educational background includes an MBA in Hospitality from Glion Institute of Higher Education and a BA in Political Science from the University of Mississippi.
