Karen Ackley

Karen Ackley is an experienced Materials Manager currently with Automotive Industrial Marketing Corporation (AIMCO) since July 2008, overseeing key departments such as Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Document Control. Ackley developed a comprehensive vendor performance evaluation program collaborating with a cross-functional purchasing team for both international and domestic suppliers. Previously, as Purchasing/Materials Manager at Applied Motion Systems, Inc. from 2006 to 2008, Ackley established a vendor performance evaluation process and implemented a physical inventory program. Prior experience includes serving as Procurement Process Owner at Micropump, Inc./IDEX Corp. from 1999 to 2006, managing suppliers and establishing global sources to achieve corporate objectives. Ackley holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Clark College.
