Suzanne Conway

Suzanne Conway is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo) since March 2016. In this role, Suzanne advises on derivatives transactional matters and regulatory issues related to derivatives across Canada, the US, and the EU, encompassing a wide range of agreements including ISDA Master Agreements and custodial arrangements. Prior to AIMCo, Suzanne held the position of Legal Counsel at the CPP Investment Board for a brief period in early 2016 and spent over a decade at TD Securities, where responsibilities included Vice President of Global Counterparty Credit within Global Markets Documentation and Investment Banking. Suzanne Conway holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy from McGill University and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Victoria.
