Gregory Gerkin

Gregory Gerkin, Esq., CIPP/US, serves as Senior Vice President, Legal & Compliance and Senior Associate General Counsel at Applied Data Finance since August 2019, with previous roles including Vice President and Senior Director in the same department. Gregory also holds a coaching position for varsity quarterbacks at Lutheran High School-Parker and has coached at Ponderosa High School and Smoky Hill High School. Prior to their current position, Gregory worked as Corporate Counsel focusing on litigation and compliance at Encore Capital Group from April 2013 to August 2019 and served as Corporate Counsel at the Professional Bureau of Collections. Gregory's legal experience also includes roles as a law clerk and student mediator during their academic career. Gregory obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Drake University.
