Paul Lacey drives commercial development and client success through the deployment of our proven loyalty platforms and services for the EMEA region, including leadership of the Air Miles coalition in the Middle East. Prior to his current role, Paul held senior management positions at Aeroplan in Canada, a coalition loyalty program now owned by Air Canada, Air Miles in the Middle East and as part of the global business development function in London, responsible for the development of retail coalition and frequent flyer programs. Paul was also Senior Loyalty Manager for Qatar Airways for over three years, developing and implementing the loyalty strategy for the airline and provided an award winning and profitable world-class loyalty program. He is qualified in Tourism, Business and Finance from the University of Bournemouth, England, and is a graduate of the Canadian Advertising Agency Practitioners course.
