Previously, Kristen spent over a decade at Farm Credit Mid-America where roles included Research and Insights Strategist and Marketing Specialist, focusing on strategic marketing efforts and managing research vendors. Additional experience includes recruitment at Farm Credit, a Graduate Research Assistant position at The Ohio State University, and marketing in the Crop Division at Great American Insurance. Kristen holds a Master of Science in Agricultural Communications and a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness and Applied Economics, both from The Ohio State University.
