Martin Hrubý

Martin Hrubý is an experienced QA Engineer at AIMS API since April 2022 and the Founder of Algae.kitchen, which offers customized catering services and cooking workshops led by experienced chefs since June 2021. Previous roles include Head Chef at Veggie Garden, a vegan bistro specializing in whole food macrobiotic fusion cuisine from March 2015 to March 2021, Co-Founder of Líná Řepa, the first vegan bistro and catering service in Kladno, Czechia, from October 2017 to March 2019, and Head Chef at Incruenti, a vegan Italian/Mediterranean restaurant, where responsibilities included managing the seasonal menu and overall kitchen operations from June 2016 to September 2017.
