Timothy Wilcox

Timothy Wilcox, PMP, is a seasoned professional in project management and estimation with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as a Senior Estimator/Project Manager at AIMS Companies since August 2017, Timothy is responsible for project takeoffs, cost analysis, and management operations. Concurrently, Timothy holds the position of Field Manager at SAECO Smith & Annala Engineering Company, overseeing day-to-day activities for construction projects. Additional roles include Project Coordinator at SAECO, where responsibilities involve safety observations and daily task scheduling at the Palo Verde Nuclear Power Plant, and QC Manager for Levis Consulting Group, representing quality control at the Love Field Modernization Program. Timothy's career also includes serving as Lead Technician/Assistant Field Manager at Terracon, conducting on-site inspections for Parkland Hospital, and as a Field Engineer Level III. Timothy earned a BA and MBA in Education and Project Management from Rider University and Keller Graduate School of Management between 1997 and 2010, solidifying a strong educational foundation in the field.
