Kinton Lawler

Kinton Lawler serves as the CEO of AIMS Composites since September 2017, leading an international structural engineering firm specializing in FRP and Rubber products for offshore and onshore industries, overseeing a staff of up to 53 through five direct reports. Prior to this, Kinton held the position of VP of Product Development at AIMS International, where product innovation and market expansion were key responsibilities. Kinton's background includes significant roles at Oceaneering, progressing from Senior Engineering Project Manager to DTS Engineering Manager, and ultimately serving as the DTS Global Engineering Competency & Training Manager. Earlier experience includes positions at Canyon Offshore and Sonsub Inc focused on engineering and project management for subsea solutions. Kinton holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio and completed the Rice Advanced Management Program at Rice University in 2007.
