Prior experience includes a role as Senior VDC Engineer at Sunway Construction Group Berhad, focusing on project oversight and implementation of design workflows, and various positions at IJM Corporation Berhad, where responsibilities spanned M&E engineering, BIM coordination, and model development. Zhe Wei Ho holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Sains Malaysia and has further academic experience at Tampere University of Technology.
