Rolf Heeb has had an extensive career in the management and consulting industry, holding various leadership positions in different companies. Currently, he serves as the Managing Director at AIMS International The Netherlands and AIMS International-Germany GmbH. With a background in business administration, he has also owned and managed IFM Institut fuer Managementberatung GmbH. He has experience as the Head of Global Board Practice Team and President at AIMS International WE FIND&GROW YOUR LEADERS. In the past, he has worked at Stelcon AG, Baumgartner & Partner, and Accenture in different managerial roles.
