Shahrooz Shawn Kohan began their career in 2004 as the Founder of Tiger Global Investments, Inc., an investment holding company specializing in technology ventures, real estate, and other equities. In 2005, they Co-Founded Focal Technology, a cloud technology holding company with several investments. Also in 2005, they became the CEO of AIMS 360 - Apparel ERP Software, the top business management software for the fashion industry. Theirrole involved scaling the software with businesses and providing features such as multi-channel style management, colors & size matrix, inventory, customer management, order management, accounts receivable, sales rep & commissions, import & production management, EDI, e-commerce integrations, picking & shipping, factor integration, 3pl integrations, and more.
