Prior to this, Emily held various leadership positions including Chief Operating Officer at Common Mission Project, Founder & Executive Director at Capitol Post, and Chief Financial Officer & Partner at Halfaker and Associates, LLC. Emily served as a Military Police Officer in the U.S. Army. Emily holds a Bachelors of Science in Geopolitics & Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA in Business from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
