Marko Niinistö

Marko Niinistö has over 17 years of work experience. Marko began their career as a Summer Trainee at Nokia in 2003. Marko then worked as a Sourcing Coordinator and later as a Care Project Manager, ensuring care readiness and collecting feedback for product development.

In 2006, Marko joined Microsoft as a Quality Program Manager, where they were responsible for product quality in Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL phone programs. Marko identified and analyzed critical end user issues from mass production ramp up until product end of life.

In 2008, Marko returned to Nokia as a Quality Program Manager in the after-sales organization for several Lumia models. Marko was responsible for product quality and identifying critical end user issues. Marko also served as a Care Project Manager, collecting feedback and reporting it to the product development team.

In 2018, Marko rejoined AINA Wireless as the Ecosystem Integrations & Testing Manager. Marko worked in this role until 2019 when they became the Director of Product Management at AINA Wireless, where they currently work.

Marko Niinistö attended the Turku University of Applied Sciences from 2001 to 2006, where they studied Information Technology. Marko earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree (BEng) during this time.
