P. Eng. Bashar Dhahir Ph.D.

Bashar Dhahir PhD, P. Eng., PMP is an accomplished project engineer and academic with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at Ainley Group since September 2021 and an Instructor at Carleton University since November 2017, Bashar has held various instructional and research roles at multiple institutions, including McGill University. Previous project management roles include significant positions at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations and the Ministry of Water Resources, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing construction operations, managing stakeholder communications, and ensuring quality control.
