Mark Barton

Mark Barton has extensive experience in the lifting industry, currently serving as a Contract Lift Manager at Ainscough Crane Hire since June 2006. In this role, Mark has acted as Appointed Person on major projects, overseeing multiple tower cranes and lifting equipment, and demonstrates thorough knowledge of safety regulations and best practices, particularly in the petrochemical sector, with a strong familiarity with BS7121 and LOLER standards. Previously, from January 2000 to June 2006, Mark operated various cranes from 20 to 100 tonnes and served as a Slinger Signaller at Hewden Crane Hire. Mark's educational background includes a C.S.E grade 1 from Havelock Secondary in Grimsby (1978-1982).
