Romane Geurts, also known as Romy, is a Senior Consultant at AION Consulting since March 2024, specializing in optimizing organizational performance through expertise in Operational Strategy and the Liberated company model. Prior to this role, Romane served as Chief Operating Officer at the European Data Protection Office from September 2020 to February 2024, focusing on entrepreneurship, team and project management, CRM and ISO27001 implementation. Romane's earlier experience also includes working as an Account Manager, managing an international, B2B client portfolio and providing GDPR expertise. Academically, Romane is pursuing a Master's degree in HR & Organization at Rome Business School and has completed multiple degrees in Law from institutions including Université catholique de Louvain and Queen's University Belfast.
