Alex Goodman

Alex Goodman, LEED AP, currently serves as the Vice President of Service Operations at AION Management, where the role has included Director of Service Operations and Senior Regional Service Director since August 2019. In addition, Alex Goodman is a member of the Board of Directors for the Delaware Apartment Association since January 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Service Manager at Bozzuto from March 2012 to August 2019 and as a Stationary Engineer at Aramark Healthcare from September 2006 to January 2008. Educational background encompasses an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Anne Arundel Community College (2014-2017), a HVAC Certification from Lincoln Tech (2005-2006), and further studies at the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2018 to 2020.
