Ravinder Malhotra

Ravinder Malhotra is an experienced professional in the field of customer experience and conversational AI, currently serving as AVP - CX and Conversational AI at AIonOS since July 2024. Prior to this role, Ravinder worked at Yellow.ai from May 2021 to July 2024, holding positions such as Associate Director - Presales and Solutions and Senior Manager - Pre-Sales and Solution Consulting, where expertise in conversational AI was developed. Ravinder began a career at Tech Mahindra from April 2012 to May 2021, progressing from Manager to Associate Manager, and earlier served as Team Mentor at vCustomer from November 2009 to April 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master of Computer Applications from Sikkim Manipal University, a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University, and a degree in Information Technology from the Industrial Training Institute.
