Ida is Senior Legal Manager responsible for sourcing and executing investments while focusing on the legal aspects and processes of the investments. Ida joined AIP in January 2021.
Prior to joining AIP, Ida spent 6+ years at the top-tier Danish law firm Bruun & Hjejle where she worked with M&A advising Danish and international companies and private equity funds on multiple Danish and cross-border transactions.
Ida is a professionally qualified Danish lawyer and admitted to the Danish Bar. She holds a Master of Law from Copenhagen University.

AIP is an investment manager dedicated to advising institutional investors on direct investments into energy and infrastructure assets in Europe and the US which provide essential services and benefits to society. AIP was originally established as part of PKA AIP in 2012 but was spun out in 2018. Today, the team consists of 37 dedicated professionals with extensive investment experience. Pensam is a Danish labour-market pension fund managing occupational schemes for people within elder care, cleaning, technical service, and pedagogical care in Danish municipalities, regions, and private companies.
