Irena Lautar, MBA, has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2023, they worked as an Events and Project Coordinator (Temp) at Aiphone Corporation, where they managed and coordinated marketing campaigns and projects, as well as planned and executed logistics for trade shows. Prior to this, in 2021, they served as a Destination Guide at The Right Move Group, designing and planning travel itineraries, providing customer service, and securing accommodations for clients. In 2018, they worked as a Substitute Para-Educator & Instructional Assistant at Lake Washington School District, providing instructional support to students with diverse needs. From 2010 to 2011, they acted as the Director of Mommy Connections Inc, where they helped mothers and babies through marketing programs and services, maintained online events, and forged partnerships with local companies. At Trust Management Inc. from 2005 to 2009, they held the position of Online Marketing and Event Coordinator, organizing and facilitating events, building connections, and closing deals with reputable companies. From 2006 to 2007, they served as a Key Account Representative at Rothmans, Benson & Hedges Inc., managing sales channels and establishing strong relationships with key accounts. Irena Lautar, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Western Governors University, which they obtained from 2021 to 2023. Prior to their MBA, they completed their Bachelor of Management degree in Marketing/International Business at The University of Lethbridge from 1998 to 2000. Before that, they pursued an Accelerated Diploma in Management Studies at MacEwan University from 1997 to 1998.

As for their additional certifications, Irena Lautar has achieved various accomplishments in the MBA Capstone Marketplace Simulation. Irena received the "1st Place" recognition, the "Certificate of Completion," and was ranked in the "Top 10% Worldwide" for this simulation. These certifications were awarded to their by Canvas Credentials (Badgr) in May 2023.
