Rafael Atab

Rafael Atab has extensive experience in the field of intellectual property and arbitration, holding key positions since 2001 at Dannemann Siemsen as a Partner and Associate Lawyer. Rafael has been with AIPPI since August 2013, serving as the Assistant Reporter General and chairing the Standing Committee on ADR, while also acting as Secretary to the Special Committee on ADR. Rafael co-reported for the Brazilian National Group for AIPPI and coordinated the Trademark Committee at ABPI from February 2018 to January 2022. Additionally, Rafael coordinated the Trademark Committee at ABAPI from August 2014 to February 2018. Rafael holds a Master's degree in International Law/Arbitration from UERJ, completed between 2009 and 2011, and a Bachelor's degree from UERJ obtained from 1998 to 2002, following secondary education at Colégio de São Bento from 1987 to 1997.
