Ran Vogel serves as the Secretary of AIPPI in Israel since 2021 and is a partner at S. Horowitz & Co. since September 1996, specializing in the Intellectual Property (IP) Group. With a focus on contentious matters involving patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and copyrights, Ran Vogel provides guidance on the protection, utilization, and commercialization of IP. Additionally, expertise includes advising on regulatory issues and parallel imports, along with representing clients in Israeli courts and the Israeli Patent Office on various infringement actions, oppositions, revocations, patent-term extensions, and trade secret disputes.
