Fan Yang, PhD, received a B.S. degree in Software Engineering from Southwest Petroleum University in 2010 and a Ph.D. in Information and Communication Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) in 2018. They were a research intern at Microsoft Research Asia from 2016 to 2017 and served as a visiting scholar at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2018 to 2019. Fan worked as a research associate at the Inception Institute of Artificial Intelligence from 2019 to 2020 and is currently a senior data scientist at AIQ. They have authored over 30 papers in top-tier conferences and serve as a reviewer for leading journals and conferences in the field of AI.
