Currently serving as a Senior Customer Support at Castlery and an Administrative Executive at Aiqon Capital Group Sdn Bhd, Joel has also been with J&T EXPRESS (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD in multiple roles, including VIP Proactive and Operations Team Lead. At IPSX Stratergi Xperts, Joel plays a significant role as Operation Leader, leveraging expertise in Software Asset Management (SAM) to optimize licensing and improve practices among clients. Additionally, experience as a Licensing Consultant at Echez Inc. and previous positions in licensing and survey roles further enrich Joel's professional profile. Joel completed secondary education at SMK Taman Jasmin 2 Kajang, obtaining an STPM degree.
