Sara Issam

Sara Issam is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Recruitment Team Lead at AIQU since May 2021, Sara has honed skills in leadership and strategy development. Previously, Sara worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at EXCEED IT Services from April 2016 to May 2021, and as a Recruitment Specialist at Gulf Skilled Company between July 2013 and March 2016. Educationally, Sara possesses a Bachelor's degree from the University of Jordan and has furthered academic pursuits at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna during the 2010-2011 academic year.
