Jo-Ann Moore

Jo-Ann Moore has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Jo-Ann began their career in 1995 as a Customer Service Representative at Alaska USA Federal Credit Union. In 1999, they moved to North Island Credit Union as a Member Service Representative. In 2003, they joined Air Academy Federal Credit Union, where they have held a variety of roles, including Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Generalist, HR Benefits & Recruitment Specialist, Marketing Coordinator, Business Relations Officer, and Financial Service Officer.

Jo-Ann Moore attended the University of Maryland Baltimore, though their degree and field of study are unknown. In addition, they obtained the SHRM Certified Professional certification from SHRM in August 2017.
