Yvette Duran

Yvette Duran is an experienced Contact Center Branch Manager at Air Academy Credit Union since October 2017, responsible for managing the Contact Center, including overseeing queues and virtual communication while focusing on quality control, coaching, and motivation. Previously, Yvette served as a Contact Center Agent Lead, where supervising and supporting the Contact Center Team complemented hands-on member assistance. Yvette's early career included roles as a Line Service Representative and a Hostess at Paninos Eastside, as well as a Cashier at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. Yvette is currently pursuing a Certificate in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Colorado State University Global, expected to be completed in January 2024.
