Alexa Zonsius, CDSP, serves as the Managing Director at Genuine Search Group since April 2021, having previously held roles such as Senior Director and Director in Creative Talent. In addition, Zonsius is a Partner and Active Member at AIR Allies in Recruiting, focusing on creating diverse workforces within the advertising and marketing sectors. Currently, Zonsius is an Active Member and Co-Chair of the Talent Equity Alliance. Prior experience includes Associate Director of Creative Talent at Gainor Staffing, where the focus was on aligning top creative candidates with leading agencies and brands. Freelance consulting in fine art and a position as Director at David Tunick, Inc. further complement a diverse background. Zonsius holds a Master of Arts in Art History, Criticism, and Conservation from the University of Aberdeen.
