Heather Olson

Heather Soladay Olson is a seasoned design industry advocate and founder of Soladay Olson | Connections for Creatives, where advocacy spans across graphic design, marketing, and creative service sectors. With extensive experience in marketing roles from directing at Franke+Fiorella to management at Larsen, Heather has a history of enhancing communications and fostering client relationships. Currently involved with AIR Allies in Recruiting to promote diversity in advertising, and supporting talent of color through Hue, Heather simultaneously contributes to North Hennepin Community College by producing internships for design students. A graduate of Iowa State University with a BA in Advertising Design, Journalism, and Mass Communications, Heather has cultivated a diverse career that includes project coordination in educational settings and independent design ventures.
