Venkadasubbu Sathyaseelan is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, business partnership, and human resources management across various sectors, particularly in the aviation industry. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition, HRBP, and HR Shared Services at Air Arabia since September 2014, Venkadasubbu leads a diverse team focused on supporting the group’s HR functions across multiple countries. Previous roles include Head of Human Resources for Air Arabia’s Sharjah and Abu Dhabi operations, and Human Resources Business Partner at Saudi Arabian Airlines, where responsibilities encompassed strategic HR management, compensation design, and organizational development. Venkadasubbu's career began in the HR domain at L&T AUDCO, with subsequent positions at Air Deccan, Kingfisher Airlines, and Deccan Cargo. Venkadasubbu holds a Master's degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations, an FAA Commercial Pilot License, and a Bachelor's degree in Science.
